Litecoin & Ethereum showcase dominance above Bitcoin?
I remember when I first starting properly trading cryptocurrency it was just after a major increase in price for several Altcoins almost like a sudden splurge in the price tag late 2016.
It's now end of 2017 and yet again we have seen prices surge for particular coins we didn't not expect or gave up holding on to. A few to mention are Xrp ripple, Xem, Pivx, Stratis who for ling durations continued to drop in not only in Satoshi but also USD value.
The most dominant coin on the market by far has been Bitcoin with constant waves of prices surges which are technically unpredictable, it went against most odds and showed consistent dominance in the market. Following in it's steps throughout the year has been Litecoin and Ethereum which have slowly and gradually increased in price with no real boost in overall value. Until under two weeks ago ofcourse, Litecoin and Ethereum showed their dominance in the market and far exceeding expectations.
Even now they continue to rise gradually and at a much faster rate then usual, the introduction of Futures seemed like the turning point, ever since it's introduction it's almost boosted the popularity of both coins even though it was least expected. If seems as though both Litecoin and Ethereum managed to pick up the interest of the people unexpectedly how exactly can't be explained.
Logically speaking and from an investment point of view the software and potential behind both coins far exceed that of Bitcoin and the vision they both hold are far more obvious. The future of Bitcoin seems unknown and unstable even though it continues to break all odds with unexplainable price changes. However Ethereum and Litecoin have a clear goal, one investors coupd understand and be apart of! The future is bright for both currencies.

Bitcoin looks too good to be true, now everyone is joining the bandwagon. I'm becoming interested in Altcoins these days, especially Litecoin.
I was very interested in Litecoin and had a couple at my disposal but recently sold them, I can't see if the future of Bitcoin is as bright, very concerned for where it's headed.
Now that I'm learning more about different coins, it seems pretty obvious at Bitcoin isn't really the best one out there. But I don't know if it's going to fall from number one because people listen to hype and btc has had this hype building for years. I guess they might fall from number 1 if they don't do something about the high fees though.
Yes the technology behind most AltCoins far exceed that of Bitcoin, they seem more reliable and have greater prospect and future, Bitcoin will always get the attention of the public as it's the leading coin. Infact people think Bitcoin is a thing noone understands blockchain or cryptocurrency. The public are yet to understand there's an entire industry behind Bitcoin.
