The untold story

Once a man named Stuart, while returning to his home found a wallet lying on the pavement. He took it up and looked inside wondering whose wallet it was? He found a few dollars and an old letter. It was a tragic breakup letter which has the quality of being sad and beautiful at the same time.
The letter stated that "my mother has forbidden me to see you, so we wouldn't be meet again but you will be the only love of my life". At the end there was sign Hannah. He had no clue about the recipient except for his name. He called the operator and gave the pieces of information, hoping to find something about Hannah. The operator told him the man that there was a address similar to the description but she couldn't give it to me. However she would call the number and connect us if the other person agreed.
A few minutes later he was talking to a person who knew Hannah. She said she bought this house from a family who had a daughter named Hannah but that was 30 years ago. She told him that Hannah had to place her mom in a nursing home few years ago. He called the nursing home and was told that Hannah's mother had passed away, who was her self living in a retirement home. He started to wonder if all this trouble was worth it for a wallet with few bucks and a 60 years old letter.
Never the less he called the place where Hannah was suppose to be living and the man said yes she has been living with us. He was feeling a bit excited and and asked if he could come by to see her. He went to the retirement home a guard and a nurse took me to the third floor where Hannah was sitting in her room watching TV. She was a sweet silver haired lady with a warm smile. He told her about finding the wallet and showed her the letter. When she saw the letter she took a deep breath and said "I loved him too much but I was 16 and my mother thought that I was too young. This letter was the last contact that i had with Micheal. Oh he was so handsome". She hesitated for a moment and said "if you find him tell him that i still love him".
She kept smiling as tears walled up in her eyes, "You know I never did marry. I guess no one ever matched up to Micheal".He thanked Hannah and said good bye. The guard caught him on the way out and asked if the old lady was of any help? At least i have a last name he said to the guard. But I think I will let it go for a while, I spent the whole day trying to find the owner of this wallet. He took out the wallet, which had a simple brown leather case with red lining on the side. When the guard saw it he said " Hey wait a minute this is Mr. Goldstein's wallet, I would know it any where with the red lining.
Who is Mr Goldstein? He asked as his hands began to tremble a little. Mike Goldstein he is on the 8th floor this is him wallet i am sure. Stuart ran to the nurse's office and told her what the guard said. She took me to the 8th floor I was praying to find the man in his room. When we entered the room the nurse went to the old man and asked if he has his wallet. He checked his pockets and said i might have lost it. The nurse said that this kind gentleman found a wallet and we were wondering if its yours.
Yes, that's it! I must have dropped it out this afternoon. I want to give you a reward . No thank you said Stuart but I have to tell you something, I read the letter in the hope to find who was the owner of the wallet. The smile on his face disappeared. Not only i read it but i think i know where Hannah is said Stuart. The old man grew pale and begged to know where she was. We took him to the third floor straight to Hannah's room. The nurse went to Hannah and asked her softly do you know this man? Hannah looked up stared for a moment but didn't say a word. Micheal said softly almost in a whisper Hannah it me Micheal. Do you remember me? She gasped Micheal! I don't believe it Micheal its you my Micheal! He walked slowly towards her and embraced her. The nurse and Stuart left with tears streaming down our faces. She said" See how the Good Lord works! If it is meant to be it will be.
About three weeks later Stuart got the call from the retirement home. Can you join us this Sunday for a wedding Micheal and Hannah are going to tie the knot. It was a great wedding with everyone at the retirement home attending. Hannah and Micheal looked beautiful and happy and Stuart was their best man. A 76 years old bride and a 79 years old groom found each other at last.
