add chat shortcut option to phone desktop and to change chat wallpaper/background

Telegram is an instant messenger the we use in sending both voice and text massages to other people who are in our contact that make use of the same app. it is a reliable app.

Proposal

i have two suggestion for telegram.

1. to add a chat shortcut option,when this done, the number added to shortcut will appear in the phone desktop. this will make the location of such number for fast/emergency chat/massage very easy. how to do it, from the chat window of the person/number you want to add to shortcut, click on the 3 dotted at the top right hand side of the chat , from the drop down manu, there should be add shortcut option there.
   2.change the default wallpaper. this option should allow users to be able to change the background/wallpaper of their chat, using ones picture or picture of what he or she loves most as the wallpaper instead of the one set by Telegram. this will make the chat background look more lovely.how it can be done,click on the 3 dotted at the top right hand side of the chat , from the drop down menu, there should be "background" option there.

Benefits

in the case of shortcut, sending massages to shortcut numbers will be faster as all you need to do is just tap the shortcut once and it opens the chat page. it also save the stress of searching for number in telegram contact before sending chat as the number is handing on the desktop.
in the case of background picture, it will make the chat window more beautiful.
