1- BitGo said it will enable customers to keep Dash, a digital currency based on a tweaked version of the code behind Bitcoin, in digital wallets provided by the company. In the next couple of weeks, BitGo said it would add support for Lumens, a cryptocurrency associated with Stellar.
2 - France is considering enacting the country’s very first regulatory framework governing crypto-asset intermediaries. The move will require fiat-to-cryptocurrency exchanges as well as custodians of cryptographic keys to undergo a mandatory AMF registration.

The second-largest endowment in higher education is among investors that helped a new fund focused on digital assets raise $400 million, according to a person with knowledge of the matter, who asked not to be identified because the information is private. The fund, called Paradigm, was recently started by Coinbase Inc. co-founder Fred Ehrsam, former Sequoia Capital partner Matt Huang, and Charles Noyes, an ex-employee of crypto fund Pantera Capital.
