Start your morning with yourself: yoga, meditation, swimming just to mention a couple of my 'Back to Be Me' daily routine. I call it the Hour of Power! What is yours? What is your excuse that makes everything more important than you? Never neglect yourself! If you don't take care of yourself, who will? Your body is the temple of your soul, purify it every day. Nourish your body, mind and spirit and you are set for the day. Early mornings are the best time for 'Back to Be Me'.... You can do so much before you go to work if you wake up early!
Life is all about time management, setting priorities and commitment to your well-being..
I admit when I was younger, I was neglect my personal health and did not focus on my self care. I was focusing on the wrong things and not learning to relax. I still feel I lack a productive mind set and learning time management skill. If I did I would be better off. However I am learning to make myself be productive and be consistent about it. thanks for the post! I agree with you back to be me routine everyday....it's like the power of our thoughts, the first thought when we wake up always sets the pattern of the day for our subconscious. This can be positive or very damaging...and one way to enhance the chain or change the outcome of the chain if need be at the start of the day are through some your methods if not all ...thanks for the reminder!
