Time to relax and work :)

It's around 6:20 and I wasn't able to get much work done and I'm still procrastinating with this post. But right now I'm at a local hookah bar attend quite often and I've noticed my urge has started to drop for smoking which is absolutely amazing. I'm drinking black coffee as always to help with my metabolism and assist me with my weight loss mission.

I want to thank everyone who reads my post and give back to you guys. Comment the type of coffee you like and I'll award you with some SBI shares. I'm trying to give away some earnings I'm getting from my luck in gambling.

Who here has a bad habit that they want to quit? What is the habit and how do you plan on quitting if not slowing down? I want to learn from everyone and implement any strategy anyone gives me and see how well it goes. I was a daily smoker now I've dropped to about 3-4 times a week which is still bad but my goal is to drop it to once a week by the end of july or is it too slow?
