Kitchen Hygiene
Good day my dear steemians today i will love to write on the topic kitchen Hygiene. First of all we need to know the meaning of a kitchen.
A kitchen can be defined as a place, room where we prepare, cook and store things such as food items and kitchen utensils etc. Therefore the main function of a kitchen is to cook, prepare, and serve etc.
So therefore going to other part we will have the know the meaning of hygiene.
Hygiene can be defined as cleanliness, tidyness, transparent and neatness. Then we have to know the meaning of kitchen Hygiene as a whole.
Kitchen Hygiene can be defined as the total cleanliness and tidyness of the kitchen. This has to do with arranging and keeping your kitchen clean in order to attract germs and bacteria. So therefore you should keep your kitchen clean and in good order.
Equipment and utensils in the kitchen.
There a lot of equipment and utensils in the kitchen within your home which are;
- Pots
- Cutleries; Spoon, plate, fork
- Knives
- Microwave
- Fry pan
- Chopping board
- Grater
- Scissors
- Kettle
- Blender etc
Good ways in keeping the kitchen hygienic.
- Sweep the kitchen daily and after use.
- Scrub and clean you dirty utensils.
- Remove cobwebs from the ceiling and corners.
- Dispose your refuse.
- Dust and clear the shelves.
- Scrub your sinks in order to prevent dirt.
- Store and keep things in order to prevent flies.
