Outside and around of Miyajima ferry port

Going through my previous blogs, I have noticed that readers should need to know what to expect when they arrive at Miyajima port. So this blog is dedicated to what you would expect and look for. Once you arrive, you will see a nice welcome sign and on the left there is building which a believe that looks like a hotel. Many tourists come here to stay overnight so there are plenty of hotels, Airbnb and ryokans available.
You will see some nice greens trees which looks like it is well maintained. There is also a carpark across the port in case you need parking as you can ferry your car or motorbike over from the main city. But of course not many people do that as parking at Miyajima is pretty expensive I heard.
Most of the things you want to see is on the left so just keep walking with everyone. The water area is where everything and most people will just enjoy the stroll to the gates. Hope this will help you when you arrive to Miyajima.
