ok but if you are interested in sports, I think it's a great way to clear the mind and get frustrations and pent up things like that out plus the circulatory and other health benefits.
I think it's important to get involved with something very physical now, at your age and then as you get into your 30s40s and heaven forbid your 60s
like me, it will serve you well and you will reap the benefits.
like my wife and I have been lifting weights for many years and it's a great anti-aging protocol. just some more wisdom for you to consider, no rush at your age!lol

Sports surely are helpful to maintain good health and to get rid of frustrations and love a healthy life when u get older
This is why I thought 26 is the age I start regular sports :D

Hello there @janton, Not anti-aging thing but I see sportsmen staying fit and healthy for long,that's what I want out of sports for myself. No one can stay young, we all have to age right ?
