I need to go to some of the Chuck wagon cookoff's they have around here. You're the second person who went to a dinner and said it was great so I gotta check it out. Plus I'll do a post on the modern chuck wagon cooks who travel around.

That would be awesome. The one that we had gone to, used stuff from the farm there. It was a buffalo ranch. They started cooking pretty early I don't think I have ever seen so many dutch ovens in my life LOL. They only used herbs that would normally be found on the prairie no salt or pepper used in the actual dishes (or so they said LOL).
Looks like we'll just have to work on connecting more :) It's like we both know each other by name, yet haven't 'officially' met. It's kind of like high school...you're the senior and I'm the dorky freshman LOL.
howdy back @tryskele! lol. hey I don't see myself as the senior I think you got that backwards, you joined in Dec of 2017 and I joined Feb of this year but didn't start looking at steemit in earnest until April 21st. You've probably forgotten more about this platform than I've learned so far!
do you work outside in a real job and do this part time or are you retired?
