RE: An Act of Kindness

howdy sir scrawly! wow I've seen your name here and there for awhile but I didn't realize that you were an artist, and a darn good one! This is a wonderful post as most artwork doesn't come with a story so that makes yours even more unique.
Love the way you show the process too, very interesting and the finished piece is excellent!
Is this your main genre of art or do you do different types of paintings or drawings?

Hello you, the greatest champion of curie engagement league :D. I tip my hat to you, good sir.

I know why most drawing doesn't come with a story, because most artists don't feel comfortable putting our thoughts into writing and prefer to communicate through our drawings, including me. Writing a story took me as long as drawing the art, so I feel like I have to do double the work for this post, but since the story is in my head, I have to do what's right by it.

I dunno about my main genre, I dabble all around with different kind of styles of painting and drawing. I'm glad that you like this one though :).

sir scrawly! thank you so much for the kind words and thanks for the great explanation of your artwork and how artists think. That's very interesting that it took so long to write the story, as long as it took to do the image but I understand.

Yes the drawing was fantastic and it must be very interesting for you as an artist to be able to go through the artist's post on here and study the huge variety of works!
