I need to write down that saying from that tee shirt so I don't forget it, and then I'll recognize it, I think one of the shops in our local town has them.

oh I didn't know there was an age thing attached to Ma'am, I mean obviously you wouldn't say that to a kid, I wonder what the rules are?
I don't know about the rules, but to me it always seemed a bit more "matronly" :)
