headchange! well yes very true but in this case the guy smoked it for an amazing 18 hours so that had to have forced the flavor in there. I would sure try it, I bet it's good.
You're not vegan are you? not that there's anything wrong with that, it SO works for some people, lots of people on steemit that i see that's for sure.
I suppose I would try it it is probably good. Not a bit vegan. I can just see me trying to pass that off on my family for real meat. lol

Well I don't know much about Texas but would imagine they get pretty serious about their beef.
