The Case for Keto 2

Greetings from North Texas, also known as God's Country!
lol..well I reckon I may be a little prejudiced because I like
it here.
I know it's not for everyone...some people think it's too
hot and don't like rattlesnakes. Go figure.
I finally caught one of our wonderful Road Runners in a
nice pose this morning inside our fence. These guys do a
great job of patrolling around the property and we are
truly blessed to have them.
The colors on the side of his head mean that it is mating
season so maybe we'll have baby road runners this year!
Well I wanted to go into some more of the benefits of the Keto
eating plan today because of the remarkable health restoration
and disease prevention which it provides.

weird diet based on theory. No the Keto eating plan is scientifically
proven.
