yes sir smithlabs he his but that is the honest truth, I mean SOMEONE is paying taxes on his property even if he isn't. You can leave in this country without property taxes as far as I know., that is indeed troubling and odd.
Don't tell him that, he get real mad, and dumps you.
And someone must be paying his taxes.
But he is a good kid, so maybe some day he will come back.
