howdy back again sir nickyhavey! the hardfork happens on the 25th of this month, I don't think they're going back to correct any rep scores though.
The curation pay is supposed to change but I don't think anyone knows how it will change so we're just waiting.
As far as making it here, yes I'm doing well enough here but my wife and I wonder if I shouldn't do this part time and get a job or do this VERY part time and get a full time job because at the moment we don't have much income coming in and we do miss the real estate business as far as that aspect of it!
hey there is one of my closest associates here, his username is smithlabs, and he is brilliant, works with all kinds of materials for everything from fabrication to 3D printing and anything you can think of.
He has patents and builds all kinds of equipment, tools, machines, you name it and he knows about it so I think you might really enjoy talking to him.
If you can name a field that he hasn't heard of or know about I would be amazed!
Ah that's a shame but if it provides a fail safe for the future then that will be worthwhile! I guess we'll hold on until then to see how it affects things!
Crypto will always be risky in these stages, particularly with the nuclear winter that's happening at the moment since the beginning of the year. I would get a part time job (or a full time one if it gives you time in the evenings) so at least you have some backing until you can go on steemit full time?

oh yes sir. smithlabs is one crazy guy! he is so funny too, great sense of humor, is building a new house which will be solar and wind powered with an underground greenhouse and all kinds of things, with him it goes on and on! mind-blowing for me but for someone like you with skills and knowledge you will understand alot more about what he's talking about! lol.

Hey @janton! I can't remember either but it's always changing with me so let's start afresh haha.
I was working part time in the evening last week but that project has collapsed (was looking to be a competitor to TripAdvisor but it wasn't to be). I have a temp job to keep some funds coming in for my Australia trip in April...
BUT...
I had an interview at a company earlier this week which is looking to grow its business out in Australia, New Zealand and Asia and I have knowledge in their field, products and know the team already. I hope to hear some good news about it early next week, which would be a full time career in something I know a lot about already whilst being able to travel to a lot of new places!
That's the current situation... subject to change haha!

As for the posting side of things, I will do my absolute best to keep people up to date with what is going on with it! I still try to post some music each day but the bigger blogs take a little bit longer to do, which is fine for me, I love telling a story anyway :)
