Cooking Recipes: Fluffy egg clouds

How are my favorite people doing? Have you had breakfast yet? Well, I thought in this and two other posts, I will share with you easy-to-make breakfast recipes that my family and I use every once in a while. The first one on the list and my daughter's absolute favorite is the fluffy egg clouds.

Ready to give it a try? Alright, here's what you'll need:

• Three large eggs
• Salt
• Pepper
• Nonstick cooking spray

Give me a go ahead once you have gathered all the ingredients. Haha, I'm kidding. Let's start cooking!

• For starters, Preheat your oven to just about 175 degrees C.
• Cover the baking sheet with a baking paper and spread it with the nonstick cooking spray.
• Use the nonstick cooking spray again to smear four small bowls.
• Separate the yolks from the egg whites.

• The four small bowls should have one egg yolk each while the egg whites go into one medium-sized bowl.

• Add salt and pepper to the egg whites and mix thoroughly until stiff peaks fluffy form. Preferably use an electric whisk set to low speed or a rotary beater as they will take a shorter time (2-3 minutes) and less energy than a hand whisk.
• Mound 3 tbsp of the creamy egg whites onto the covered baking sheet and in each, make a small well using the back of the spoon.
• Bake them for about 6 minutes or until they are firm and appear brownish.
• After which, add the yolks into each of the egg whites and bake till the yolks are somewhat hardening but are still running. Should take about 4 minutes.
• Serve hot.

Take a big bite. Mmm, now that's what you call a creative and tasty breakfast, enjoy!
