Pink Ribbon Walk 2019

It was my first time joining 3.5KM Pink Ribbon Walk in Singapore. It was organised by the breast cancer foundation Singapore to raise awareness on breast cancer.

I was really thankful that i stepped out of my comfort zone to join the meaning event like this. Thanks Mary Kay sisters for organizing and we signed up as a group. Pink is so suitable for us! Pink Changing lives. See how we have painted the bridge in Pink!
This was also the first time i visited this place, Kallang wave mall and Singapore indoor stadium. The scenery along the bridge is so amazing.
Next time i should bring my kids along.
常常看到家乡朋友参加长跑运动，觉得是一件非常好的运动。上周六是我第一次参加粉红蝴蝶结竞走活动。第一次不敢直接挑战5公里短跑，就选择了3.5公里竞走。心里想这应该跟逛街差不多吧！跟marykay的姐妹们一起参加，粉红色太适合我们了！看看我们把桥漆成粉红色，多么壮观。谢谢老公带着孩子们在那里等我，省了我不少力。虽然说3.5km不长，但对我平时完全没运动的人，真是一大挑战啊！晚上双脚非常酸，不过真的很开心作了一件好事。
