Be Happy
Happiness is a precious commodity in this our 21st Century. Many are in search of it on a daily basis whiles many others also have it on a daily basis. The difference between these two types of individuals or personalities within our society is not much but rather something very simple. The conscious effort to be happy.
I have come to learn that the truth about happiness lies not within material things, or friends, or family, or girlfriend, or boyfriend, or any other stuff that we may feel that makes us happy or its presence brings us joy. Yes there are things that when we have around can heighten our excitement and make things even better.
But in the end it all boils down to you making the conscious effort to be happy and to stay happy. Whoever is sad within themselves and in their minds could hardly be comforted and be made to feel better, in the same vain whoever has decided to be happy to have any reason available to him or her to stay happy can hardly be made to feel otherwise.
And so in the end it comes down to your personal choice, your preference and what you decided to do or choose to do with your life. And thus, will you be happy, will you choose to stay happy and make the conscious effort towards that on a daily basis or you will let other stuff pull you down and take away your joy. You Decide.

Yes, we always need to be happy in order to maintain our good health therapy. It's one of the way we increase our lifespan as humans.
