My Weekend

Since we don’t have many holidays this month, I’m waiting for the weekend to get some rest and also for my personal works. So, this weekend I went to the town to buy some stuffs for my home. The first thing I wanted to buy a nice flower vas and flowers for our sofa table. And also, I wanted to buy some tools for my kitchen. When I’m thinking about a place where I can buy all these things in a dame roof, the name Lady J came to my mind. So, I went to Maharagama Lady J without thinking twice because that is the nearest place to me.

I thought of buying a vas and the flowers separately. Because then I can make a nice arrangement at a low cost. I saw different types of flower vases. Some of them are made by using cane, ceramic, plastic and also there are lots of vases in different sizes and different heights.

I saw different types of artificial flowers and leaves. And also, you can find natural flower plants in this shop. There were lots of flowers there, but I couldn’t find the flowers that I wanted. I wanted to buy some artificial flowers which do not seem more artificial. But when considering the price, I think the prices are very reasonable in these days.

In this shop you can find anything you want. All the kitchen items, baby items, all type of clothes for men, women, children, bags, shoes you can find in here. Though I couldn’t be able to find the flowers that I wanted, I bought some other kitchen tools that I wanted from here.

Next, I went to Keells to buy burger buns. Because I had a plan to make burger for the evening time. After doing my other works at home, I prepared the burgers. You can prepare this as your wish. I used only tomatoes, cheddar cheese slices, breaded chicken burger and readymade buns for this. If you have a free time try this.
