It’s Friday

Hope you all are doing good. Today is the 3rd Friday of this month and there are two more Fridays left. That means we have spent half of this month now. This week was a busy week for me. I went to the office this week also. As I said before, I’m never getting enough of seeing the beautiful view of my office. Since it was office day for us, lots of employees came to the office on that. Finding a seat was a very difficult task on that day.

Considering the work aspect this was a busy week for me. The newly assigned responsibilities make me busier. However, I was able to find free time as well and I made a caramel pudding also. It was very tasty and very easy to prepare. My husband brought those pudding packets. The only thing I have to do is the mixing milk and pudding mixture together and cooked it for about 2-5 minutes. After that I put it into a cup and keep it few minutes to cool it to the room temperature. After that I keep it in the refrigerator.

Today I and my mother made Aluwa to an occasion of our relation. Since it was bit difficult and need a good confident to make them, my mother done most part of making it. I help her by giving my support to each part. We add cashews to increase its taste.
