Couple HDR Photos - Sunset/Sunrise

in #photography10 years ago (edited)

Like I've mentioned before, HDR isn't really my thing but I've tried it out a few times. People seem to like them.

What do you think??

There's a tropical storm on the way to the island, and so all businesses are shut for the day. I could sit here and watch TV all day, which I am... but I'm also going through my archives and old hard drives, editing old photos that I never used that still seem good to me today.

This was somewhere along some railroad tracks out in the countryside in Florida, I don't remember now! We just walked along the tracks for a few hours.

Second one is nice :)

very impressive ! great pics

Wow the first picture is really nice of the Clearwater Florida

Nice photos! I generally like the way HDR photos come out. They can definitely look different depending on the lighting, number of bracketed shots and processing. I like the way the light rays in the clouds look in the second photo and the way the building came out.

I find it fun to do them and experiment with too. I just posted a series of shots I did with both HDR and regular photos under similar lighting for comparison.

Nicely done with just subtle HDR. Im curious how you made them.... In what file format (jpg, raw, etc...)did you shoot, how many exposures, and did you do HDR in camera or post processing?

These were shot as CR2, three exposures with my 50D (6.4fps I think it was) and then did the HDR in post.
