day 16 10 exercises 2 rounds

Sorry today is late with the upload I got busy chasing chickens and did not start editing until 1030 pm. It took 2 hours to load this video due to unknown error. Then finally I logged out and back in and it worked. Any ways

Today is day 16 of my 3 month challenge in todays body weight exercises I did 2 rounds of 10 exercises. The first round kicked my butt and the second kicked it even farther. Todays exercises were

-band assisted pull ups
-knee raises
-uneven push ups
-dragon flag crunches
-single legged squats
-sumo squats
-band assisted dips
-mountain climbers
-burpees
-flutter kicks

That was my exercises and they kicked my butt. However I did enjoy it today..

These 2 rounds literally kicked my butt, and I loved it. I am planning another exercise day thats going to push my limits. Recently I came across someone doing 1000 reps a day, and I am considering it.
