Cooperation Between @Oracle-d and @jaguar.force : Dealing with a Den of Charlatan Abuse Enabling Scammers
Unfortunately the cooperation between Jaguar Force and @oracle-d / @threespeak was short lived, since we realized @starkerz is not really interested in fighting abuse but merely pretending to do so just to save face.
Thats what the spirit of @starkerz is, corruption, lies, empty talk and saving face. The reality is that @starkerz has gone to the dark side, he started with grand ethical pretensions but ended up enabling abuse, to say the least.
We would like to note, that the report we made a few days ago, is not complete, 3speak doesnt have just one id theft/serial plagiarism case, just in our research in the last week, we have found 3 serial plagiarists in the top 20 users, in addition to the previously reported @theultimatefood, @mindchop and @indusdotnews also ended up being the puppets of the same individual, consisting 100% of video plagiarism.
Yes, you heard that right, one operator had the operation of 3 of the top 20 3speak accounts voted by the steemit inc 2 million SP delegation of oracle-d (the second largest official delegation to dapps after dtube) during the last two months, and all three accounts, were fraudulent.
Additionally, Oracle-d, as always, lies about supposedly having a bounty incentive program for abuse reporters as you can see in the screencap below from their discord server, which to make a long story short, is nothing but a fraudulent simulacrum, a scam.
We even had the kindness of reporting the second and third cases, amounting to around 70 cases of plagiarism, directly to them in private as a gesture of cooperation and good will. But what did @starkerz do? he tried to stiff Jaguar Force telling us that only future cases will be rewarded.
That being said, we would like to point out to all @threespeak users, that thanks to our efforts in detecting these fraudulent accounts, now the platform is using the significant voting power that was used on those accounts to reward actual content creators. You are welcome.

Probably somebody that got a green light/carte blanche to scam 3Speak, I find it highly unlikely that this magnitude of abuse, 3 of the top20 users, representing about 5% of the votes, operated by the same person, actually went unnoticed and systematically voted for over two months, especially considering the obvious, half-baked and self evident nature of the fraud conducted.

What were you really waiting for @jaguar.force? Do you really think they got the delegation because of their business prowess? I believe you are smarter enough to know it all comes down to ass-kissing and connections.
Next time, directly show the data to the community. You expected that they are going to feed you bread, now they won because they made you look like you are trying to blackmail them.
Asking for a bounty from an initiative like oracle-d/yoodoo which supposedly has a bounty program to incentivize plagiarism reports is under no view blackmail, its just asking for what they offer.
What this does, is to clearly prove that program to be a fraudulent simulacrum.
