Sharing Thoughts About "The Virtual World vs The Real World"
In some ways I guess this "Virtual World" as I like to refer to social networking sites is a gateway to a virtual reality. A reality where some people can escape to and be who they are or be who they want to be!
Depending on the individual at question.
I've seen it all over the place, from fake descriptions and CV's, to fake everything, people hiding from their real identity for what ever reason, some with good reason, some because they are in fact pretending to be something or should I say someone who they are not.
In some ways, I guess, I'm no better, have let off some steam here and there in the past, something that I might not have done in "real life". So my behavior at times may have been a little different to that of what it would have been in the "real world".
Kind of like those memes one sees all over the net....
or better yet...
or....
Think that I have made my point!
:)
I don't want to pick on anyone, this isn't the point here, it's just me being me, telling it as I see it.
Personally I have a lot of issues, won't delve into them here, but the past decade has in many ways been kind of hard for me. When I see people who are worse off, I don't feel better, it makes me even worse off, because I would like to help out yet I can't and then it all sort of goes down hill from there again.
Personally I hate it when people judge others, after many years of being judged and judging, I have come to a point where "I try not to judge, but rather understand" and this isn't easy, not easy at all.
However, after slowly and surely getting to see how this virtual world works and some of the ins and outs of it, all I can conclude is that is is identical to the real world in many aspects.
Why?
Well it depends on real world people and no matter how much anyone may hide behind some fake pretenses that they have made for themselves, they are who they are, they are still real live people and this is what this "virtual world" depends upon.
I mean, don't get me wrong, people will be people no matter what halloween suit they may be wearing.
So at the end of the day, we are who and what we are and the virtual world is not a place to "escape" it is a place to live a part of our lives.
Just another pub or cafe bar or club that people can get to know each other and communicate and share some time together.
Conclusion:
Don't expect miracles from the "virtual world" as it is still dependent on people!
Just sharing some thoughts that have gone through my head..... after all I'm only human!

People are always hiding behind their keyboard. I suppose we all do it to a degree. It's not letting it get the best of you that counts.
A place where we all are legends in our own minds lol. Good thoughts!!
ahahhahaahhaahahaaaa I actually remember this flop of a comedy.....
I think your comment was lost in translation because flop and classic mean two different things.
