Do you think the guy who made it cares? People make memes in 2 seconds as a joke and some go viral, its not like you are illegally downloading songs, or copying blu-rays, go apply to be a steemcleaner is this is your passion.
doesnt matter if he cares or not this is platform for original content which helps the mainstream search engine functionality,
