ULOG: Harvesting
Homesteading is a great way for self-sufficiency. You don't have to buy vegetables, fruits, and spices from the market because you can just pick up from your garden.
Recently, we have been planting some crops, fruits, vegetables, and spices that we can use at home without the need to buy from the market. There are advantages of homesteading because it is free from chemicals due to sprays. Also, you can even take care of your crops by yourself.
At home, we have calamansi, tomatoes, melon, bitter gourd, squash, and others. Our squash plants are growing bigger and producing flowers. Hopefully, it will bear some squash so we don't have to buy from the market. Our tomato plants are also growing, and hoping to bear fruit.
Our calamansi plant has been bearing fruits. In fact, I harvested calamansi again! We don't have to buy one because it is currently expensive in the market at the moment.
Here are my harvests of calamansi.
