Now it's ready to send.
The small package in black, and gray.
It has blue ribbon.
Looks good? I think so.
But I gotta give to you
to let you know how much you hurt me.
You will see it at your doorstep tomorrow.
On the day of your wedding.
How you broke my heart.
It has the letters of your promises.
The vows we've made.
How those promises turned into empty stuff.
How you just controlled me.
How you manipulated me.
All your tiny gifts to me.
It was there.
To make you realize how you broke me.
You left for your dreams,
you came back with someone else.
Which came as a shock
because I waited too long.
Now I know why you are cold
with those emails and private messages.
It's because you are with someone else
while our bonds are still tied.
