Rubber Soles (Freewrite Challenge)

He used to have motion sickness, and going to elevated places makes him feel dizzy. That feeling when he was like losing his control on his body, and being pulled down. Everyone around looking and laughing at him saying it's only in the mind, thus psychological.

He had panic attacks whenever he walks on the mall, when he has no choice but to take the stairs. He felt as if he's going crazy but things are out of his control. When they went to the waterfalls, and was being pulled by friends for picture taking, they have to hold him because of panic.

Going to Baguio City, a city at the top of the mountains, and often has slanted sidewalks. In steep areas, he has to be assisted. There's a vision on his mind like rolling through the steep ground. He changed his shoes with rubber soles so he won't slip, which happened once.

Even in rocky plain roads, he's panicking that he might stumble. Time came when he can finally control his movements. Fear of heights remained, there's slight panic attacks. But it seems anxiety will always be a part of him.
