Positive Outlook (Freewrite Challenge)

The second World War broke in, Mark was disappointed because in his lifetime, he witnessed two global wars. But he can't do anything but help people who are being wounded from the war.

Along with his wife, they volunteered in designated hospitals. With numerous wounded soldiers and civilians, they rarely had rest. Even some of their friends and relatives are not spared from bombs and guns.

In 1945, the war finally ended. His wife decided to take a break from practicing on her profession after getting post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) from the war. It's another challenge for Mark, but his positive outlook helped so he can take care of his wife as well as his patients.
