Jogging and Photo Walking in the Park and the Beach
I wanted some fresh air and a good exercise. Thus, I decided last night to jog and walk early morning. I decided to leave the house by 6am, but I woke up quite late. I left the house about 6:30 am.
It was quite cold at that time. I decided to walk from our street up to Maramba Boulevard Park. I saw only a few people jogging in this place, which is also a perfect spot because the park stretches across the length of Maramba Boulevard. I started jogging from this park.
I reached the Gov. Aguedo Agbayani Park, the center of theCapitol Grounds. It is the path to the Pangasinan Provincial Capitol.
This spot is a perfect place for picnicking and having a rest especially during late afternoon.
This is the former Governor Aguedo Agbayani, whom this park was named.
Took some rest at the side of the Capitol building.
I walked through the grass to get to the Baywalk. But I had regrets because the ground is wet, and it had my shoes dirty.
I stopped for a while to capture the sunrise. It is always a spectacle watching the sun rises.
I started jogging in the Baywalk. There's a certain part of the road where it was closed for the motorists, where tourists can do biking, walking, and jogging.
When I got tired, I decided to walk, and I saw these sheeps. Their shepherd wasn't there.
Garbage can with segregation of biodegradable and non-biodegradable materials. But it seems people do not fully understand the terms that they mixed their trashes failinh to segregate properly.
While jogging, I saw my friend's mother whom O chatted with for almost an hour. At about 8am, I decided to go home, and had some fresh air.
I had fun, and it made feel lighter after jogging. Hoping I can do it regularly, perhaps on a daily basis or every other day.
