Update HeaderEditorRules to fix funny anti leech.
Several days ago, I found https://www.23zw.me/ , one Chinese novel site, could not show pictures, while http:// is ok:
At first, I thought it's caused by UpgradeMixedContent, but it's not.
After learning, the reason is anti leech!
So amazing and funny!
It is simple to solve after found the problem.
HeaderEditor is the best choice as always.
