Must visit: Pride of Iligan, the Majestic Waterfall in Iligan City, Philippines

It's been a busy day for me, but it is perfectly worth it. I stayed in Iligan for a long time, yet I still not able to witness the beauty of Maria Cristina Falls. I only saw its pictures on the internet, or hearing how other people describe it. But now, here I am experiencing and witnessing Maria Cristina Falls' finest beauty.

Maria Cristina Falls is situated in the southwest of the city proper, within the boundaries of Maria Cristina, Ditucalan and Buru-un. It is considered as the landmark in Iligan City. The 98 meter waterfall serves as the source of power in the city which is under the control of Agus VI Hydroelectric plant operated by the National Power Corporation (NPC).

Upon visiting in there, you're not merely going to look the waterfall, but you can also enjoy seeing it at close using their zipline. And as of nature and animal lovers, you can also visit their bat cave and the NPC Nature Park or the Botanical Zoological Gardens.
