Trout in French way

Today I decided to share with you a culinary recipe. It is a fish specialty - The trout in French way. Recently, I had the opportunity to make this dish for friends who came to dinner in our home.
There is little to say that they were all delighted with my choice of main course, plates were left empty and they all enjoyed the beautiful taste of almonds and trout and naturally white wines that I recommend with this dish. Since the food quickly disappeared from the plate, I think it's a great idea to share the recipe with you so you can try it out and enjoy the beautiful taste of trout prepared in this way.

For 4 people you will need:

4 trout
2 lemons
The spice of your choice and depending on the amount of flavor added
Pepper of your choice
salt
A little persuasion
100 gr of almonds
Butter.

As regards quantity, it depends on your taste, someone loves more seasoned, spiced up with some less so evaluate yourself, I personally prefer when fish is more spicy so I put a lot of spices :) You need to spice and trout on the outside and from the inside. After that, it is mandatory that both lemons are squeezed out and pour lemon juice over the trout to get the taste. Then leave the trout to stand for at least an hour. In the meantime, put the water on the spore and then add the almonds to the flour. Let the almonds cook for 10 minutes. Then remove them from the water, clean the flakes and cut the almonds on the leaves. And add parsley to taste. Then put almonds on trouts.

Before baking it should look like this:

Then add 50 grams of butter to the side of the baking tray.
The trout is ready for baking. Bake for about 30 minutes at 200 degrees.

We enjoyed this meal. I suggest a good white wine with this dish so that the pleasure is complete.
