THE SEC HALTED TRADE IN SHARES OF THREE COMPANIES, ANNOUNCED THE PURCHASE OF BLOCKCHAIN ASSETS[↻70%]

The Commission on securities and stock exchanges of the USA (SEC) has suspended trading in the shares of the company, Cherubim Interests Inc., PDX Partners Inc. and Victura Construction Group Inc. announced the acquisition of "cryptocurrency and blockchain-related assets", Bloomberg reports.

As stated in the SEC, all three companies have published very similar press releases, which refers to the acquisition of assets from the "division of a subsidiary of a private investor." In addition, Cherubim announced plans to conduct a primary coin offering (ICO).

As a result, the SEC suspended trading in securities of companies and reminded investors that many organizations are now trying to manipulate the course of their shares with the help of announcements about expansion of activities in the field of blockchain technologies.

"Investors should pay particular attention to joint-stock companies that are shifting their focus to new trends, including cryptocurrency, blockchain technology or ICO," said Michel Wayne lane, Director of the Los Angeles — based sec division.
According to her, the Agency has the right to suspend trading in securities for 10 days — until all legal requirements are fulfilled.

"We have received confirmation that they had suspended trading in our securities until March 2. We have not published any false statements about our proposals," said Patrick Johnson, Executive Director of the three companies.
He added that in the near future he will send all the necessary information to the SEC.

Earlier, the Chairman of the Department J. Clayton said that the SEC will "closely monitor" the companies who decided overnight to replenish its portfolio of blockchain projects, and even to re completely.
