The starving little girl goes on to get lost until she meets a kind-hearted hindu who is better known as bajajangi (salman khan). Bajrangi himself assumes that shanida is a Hindu and separated from his parents. Then he bought shanida a bajrang bali necklace to protect him from danger. On the way to delhi, bajrangi summon shanida with the nickname and test it to get information from where shanida comes from, but shanida does not react to any of the names of cities in india mentioned. Meanwhile in the bus, bajrangi tells her story how she met with the rasika (kareena kapoor), the girl she loved. Bajrangi has promised a father of a rasica called dayanand (sharat saxena) that he will raise money to buy a home for the race, so that he can prove himself as a worthy gentleman. Bajrangi assures that the premier will live with them until the parents are found. After a while, finally bajrangi knew that Munni was a pakistan as well as a Muslim when he found him eating meat in his neighbor's house. Bajrangi tried to bring her back to her home, though she had to go through many hurdles, and even had to go to Pakistan without a visa.
