Small Initiatives to Add a Bit More Value to steemit | What am I giving back to steemit community?

Hi Steemians! Hope you all will be fine and happy to hear the news that SBD has crossed $10 figure. First of all congratulations for this. I think we should celebrate this. So, lets do it by fire works

Done with the celebration? No No I am not going to predict about steem or SBD. As the title clearly mentions "Small Initiatives to Add a Bit More Value to Steemit". I think steemit is giving us so much So we should give it something back. Its a really great platform. Now how to give it something back? Well I am just a minnow I can't give it back much but you know an ocean is made of small drops. So, as a drop I have decided to give this community back what I can give. So, here is what am I doing and what am I going to do?

1. Arranging some meetings and get togethers every week

As I have spent about 7, 8 years in teaching field so I am known among quite big bunch of people. Many co-teachers, students and their parents. So, I keep on inviting them and telling them about this awesome community. And many of them have joined steemit. And my target is to bring atleast 2k more great talented persons to steemit and I am working on that.

2. Motivating my youtube subscribers to steemit and d.tube

I have a youtube channel here with about 1K subscribers and I have uploaded a video to motivate my subscribers to steemit and d.tube today. Some of them have already registered to steemit after watching my video and I am sure the remaining will also come here. Here is the video.

3. Dedicate adchannels of my website to steemit and d.tube for 1 year

Now, What I am going to do is dedicating my website adchannels to steemit and d.tube. You can see it here which registered with google adsense. So, I need an animation designer or an experienced ad designer who can design steemit and d.tube ad banners for my website. As I cannot design them. Visit the website and see the ad sizes and design accordingly. If someone can do it as contribution to steemit most welcome. otherwise I will pay for the designs, what else suites you.

So, that's how I am contributing to this community. Though I am a minnow a small drop of water but I know one day I will be a tide and will contribute more to this society.
