A warm hello to all steemians here in @steemjapan.Wishing you all in good condition.

I considered money is the main source of living because without these Life is miserable and no one will lived without money.
Japanese yen means a lot for me.
Looking back as I started to work into garments, a Japanese firm it was very long time a ago.In my very first day of working I see many people who are all hard working, and I can see to them that time is gold meaning there is no extra movements as if everyone is concentrating their works and for me as a beginner on that time they made me as my inspiration in order to work hard too.

I've been a good employee since then,
until I make a family while working and having a kids.In my 4 years of service in these company they sent me to Japan.
This company has an extension abroad I think the Mother company is located in Japan where they sent some Filipino employees to work over there and the same process when it regards to work.
Working abroad never been easy because your far from your love one's
and you need to be strong in order to overcome homesick.You need to adjust not just the climate but also the
people sorrounds you especially their language which is for me it's quite so hard to study their dialect but somehow i've realize that if you focus on studying japanese language you could learn more and you will become a quick learner. Japanese firm is very strict when it comes to work and cleanliness, everything is well organized.And the japanese people is very respectful and well descipline too.
The sorroundings there, not just in province but also in the city we can see it very clean you cannot see garbage anywhere. And they are willing to teach and help those in need.

My first ever salary in Japan is Yen.
Which is quite differents from our money not just the size but also the value on it.As I received yen it brings some reflection or my outlook in life .
I was very happy on that time and immediately comes to my mind that even a japanese yen is bigger than the size of a pesos but still the value of japanese money is a half or less than a half of Philippine money so therefore, I conclude that although working abroad to a word means nice to hear and good to imagine but still money is very hard to get.Whatever and wherever your working place is but still money is not easy to find.
On that very moment I felt proud and I had a strong determination in life.
I made these Yen as my inspiration by working hard and to do good things towards our fellow.I kept this yen as a souvenir of my first ever work abroad eventhough there are many times that I attempt to divert this yen into peso but I am trying to not because this yen changes my life and motivated me.

There are several times that I feel tired on my work and I want to quit these job but suddenly when I realize the money I haved it immediately change my mind and I directly comes to my senses that I need a job.
I been working in Japan four times by three months and one time for three years and I realized how proud and blessed I am for which the management in trusted me because they sent me many times to work there.
And in exchange to their kindness I am trying my very best to work hard and to follow the rules and regulations as the management given.
Forever I am grateful to this firm because I been rendering my service for almost 22 years up to now and looking forward for the years to come.
