Day 22 Intermittent Fasting(24hrs) Update
Just got back from my walk/jog. Oh man the jog at the end literally killed me! I am so happy that I finished Day 22! 8 more days and we completed 1 month of IF! YEEEE BOY! Going for that DAY 90 son :D Hahah, I always have to force myself to get up and excerise because of bad habbits and my body is just tooo big. It gets sore to easily lol But, no excuses we PUSH THROUGH IT!
Can't stop, Won't stop! About 20 more mins and we hit 24hrs fast :D YEEEEE. Also, there is another part 2 of this video. That I did during my work out :) I kinda just went all out lolol.
Respect man .I like what you are doing , FOLLOWED, my friend @cipriang is on the 7th day out of a 7 days full water fasting .Thank you for sharing your experience with us .
