Day 17 Intermittent Fasting Update at the BEACH!

Part 1 of the video. In the beginning of this video was doing a one handed cartwheel with the cam in my hand recording LOL! I thought I was cool, not! Was out with my sister and two cousins today at the tiny beach at the park. It was pretty fun had a little picnic so I fasted almost 22hrs before breaking the fast.

And we are good today! Tomorrow is Day 18. WOOT WOOT. My stomach and back is getting smaller but my face looks much fatter. Must be the sodium intake lolol :P Or the fact I cut my hair and shaved my beard.
