Harborside Resto & Grill Surigao Branch
Hello itinerants all over the world and steem community! It's another day which means another content just for you! For today's blog, I will bring all of you to my hometown and we'll try some of our city's local dishes pride!
Surigao City is located in Souther part of the Philippines situated in one of the major islands of the country which is Mindanao Islands. It's popularly known to be the City of Island Adventures for it has neighbouring islands & islets and happens to be the gateway from North to South. It's also famous for seafoods and watersports like Surfing in Siargao.
As years go by, it has become a progressive city in Mindanao and many businesses have been established in town. If you happen to visit Surigao and you are looking for a place with good food and comfortable ambiance, you may wanna try Harborside Resto & Grill. I will give my feedbacks both pros and cons in this article. If you want to know more please continue reading.
**The place is often crowded specially during dinner. **If you are planning to dine with your family, you may wanna make a reservation ahead to surely get seats.
**They serve ordinary filipino dishes and BBQ **though it is expected that it's a little bit more expensive than any other eateries with similar menus since it's fully air conditioned and it has a good ambiance.
WHAT WE GOT?
**Mix Seafoods & Vegetables **which costs 240.00 pesos per serving (almost 5.00 US Dollars). I did not find it interesting and special compared with other mix seafoods I have eaten in other restaurants. I was disappointed because the serving was smaller than we expected.
Fried Chicken which costs 160.00 pesos (3.12 US Dollars). It's not bad at all. I liked their chicken because it's also tender and not that oily.
The famous chopsuey which costs 130.00 pesos ( 2.54 US Dollars). It's definitely a good catch. They have a good serving and presentaion. It also tastes good. I highly recommend this chopsuey.
