Soju Night at Chosun Galbi Lahug

Hello itinerants all over the world and steem community! Time flies so fast and it's another weekend night to spend with your loved ones over your favorite alcoholic beverages! It's undeniable that most Filipinos don't just love to watch foreign movies, idolize international artists but also for international cuisines and drinks such Chinese, Japanese, Korean and many more. Filipinos are known being risk takers when it comes to trying them. One of our bucketlists is to have food trips all over the world no matter how bizarre the foods are.
Chosun Galbi is obviously a korean word which means grilled ribs (galbi) then Chosun refers to the meat being cut and uniformly filtered in flat layers. Please correct me if I have misunderstood its definition. Feel free to comment down below.
The restaurant has already a couple of branches in Cebu and this one is located at Salinas Drive just in front of IT PARK, Lahug. If you have a car or motorbike it's a good place since they have a spacious parking area.
WHAT WE GOT?
We ordered the Dwaejigalbi which is a barbecued pork ribs with seasoned soy sauce cooked on a grill . It costs 400.00 pesos (8.00 US Dollars). It comes with an unlimited side dish already so it's really a good catch!
For our drink we got Soju which costs 250.00 pesos. (5 US Dollars.) Soju is a colorless distilled korean drink typically made from rice or sweet potatoes.
To be honest, it's my favorite Authentic Korean restaurant in Cebu. Their prices are reasonable compared to other Korean restaurant and they also have plenty of side dish served. They have filipino staffs and the place is well lit and air conditioned. They are open daily.
That's basically it!
DEUCES!

Really cool spot! I always wanted to visit somewhere like this. Unfortunately we have nothing similar here in this city. The only thing that is remotely similar is probably the new Sake bar that has opened. But then again, nothing authentically Korean yet!
That calls you to travel. It gives you an opportunity to explore other places. Go for it! :D
