First, melt the jaggery in a pan in a low flame and melt it.
- Pour pieces of pork into the pan and mix them with jaggery, stirring well with curry. (Nalli-Nihari)
Now add coconut water, fish sauce, honey and mix it. (Kashmiri Chaman)

Cover the pan and let the pork cook for 2 hours. (Chicken 65) - 5 minutes before the fixed time, remove the lid and add red chillies and close the flame. (Doi Machh)
- Ready Tit Koh. Serve hot with rice.
