First, melt the jaggery in a pan in a low flame and melt it.

  • Pour pieces of pork into the pan and mix them with jaggery, stirring well with curry. (Nalli-Nihari)
    Now add coconut water, fish sauce, honey and mix it. (Kashmiri Chaman)
