I've been told than Japan is one of the hardest countries for vegans. But I believe that you can make a plant based diet work anywhere in the world. Here you see Goma-ae, a Japanese side dish made with spinach and sesame dressing👌🌱 Would you try it?

Wow that is great 😀
What is the dressing made of?

Thank you :) I didn't make it myself but had it at a restaurant. I guess it was a thick soy sauce with sesame ♥

I would have thought it would be vegan friendly. Mexico is difficult if you dine out. That's where I am.
This looks right up my alley. It looks deeelish!

It's not as easy as in other Asian countries, but I guess you can find vegan food anywhere. No, Mexico isn't super easy either. I've travelled the country for 1 month in 2014 and I could always find something, but for sure it wasn't as easy as in Southeast Asia :D Are you traveling Latin America or do you live in Mexico?

o wow it looks so heavenly exotic :)

It was super delicious, I had it in Germany actually :)

I like it so much.

I'm happy to hear that!
