I was able to recover what happened to me.

The key and its functions distinguish different types of bullets:

Master Key

The master key is the password given to you when you sign up which should be kept secure as it can be used to access any account and it is also used to generate other keys.

Owners Key

Owners only need the key then and this is the most powerful key because it can change any key in any account it is used to recover the account made by any apps.

Active key

Active Key Fund Transfer, Power Up-Down, Transactions Steem Dollars are used to provide detailed updates of voting, profiles and market orders on behalf of witnesses.

Posting key

The posting key is the account's post comments allow the edit board to respect and mute follow other accounts and provide users with a daily estimate of the login by the posting key.

Memo Key

The Memo key is used to encrypt and decrypt when transferring funds, and to encode a memo, use the pound / # sign before it.

The same keys are all important so it is most important that you secure all the keys properly because if these keys are lost you will not be able to recover your account.

I plan to store my keys in my email or any other offline and tell them not to keep the keys online in any way as it may damage your account

I'm practicing how to transfer a Steem Token to another Steem user's account and I'm presenting it below as far as I know

I logged into my wallet via the active key and clicked on the stream to show the drop down arrow

And I clicked on the transfer option and saw that
I will see the username of the person to whom I want to transfer in this option and I will use my memo and confirm the submission via Active

I clicked on the steam drop down again and went to the power up option.
Then I will write the amount of how much steam I will convert and confirm from power up.
