Preparation :
500gr flour, 100gr sugar, 1/2bts fermipan, 1tsp emulsifer, water, margarine.

Put all into a bowl

Stir, add water little by little and make a dought

Mold and filled with blueberry jams, wait for 15min than fries in deep fry.. Spread icing sugar and enjoy your blueberry donut with a cup of tea 😘
