Bursa Manzaralı Tophane’de Tarihi Saat Kulesi
Yıllar önce yani 2012’de gittiğim Bursa’da Tophane Parkı’nı ziyaret etmiştim. Harika Bursa manzarasının olduğu parkın içinde Osmanlı döneminden kalma Saat Kulesi yer alıyor.
Bu tarihi saat kulesi ilk olarak Osmanlı Padişahı Sultan Abdülaziz zamanında yaptırılmış. 1900’lü yıllarda yıkılmış 2 Ağustos 1904’te yapımına tekrar başlanmış olan bu Saat Kulesi, 31 Ağustos 1905’te tamamlanarak II. Abdülhamit’in tahta çıkışı şerefine, 31 Ağustos 1906 günü Vali Reşit Mümtaz Paşa tarafından törenle hizmete açılmış.
