S.K.Sirisena | එස් කේ සිරිසේන | Nadagamkarayo
“Nadagamkarayo”, directed by Mr.Shraddha Mangala Sooriyabandara, is a very popular teledrama these days. “Nadagamkarayo” There is many different characters in the teledrama, of which my favorite character is S.K.Sirisena. Mr.Upatissa Balasuriya who is a popular Comedian plays the role of S.K.Sirisena. He has a great acting talent that lives up to the character and brings the character to life.

The director and his team have tried to send a good message to society through this character who subtly sarcastically criticizes the social and political issues in Sri Lanka.

The statements made by this character about the Constitution, the statements made about the Sri Lankan education system, and the statements made about youth labor.

It is my opinion that the excellent acting ability of this actor is at a level that should be appreciated. This drunken character always tries to share his knowledge with others in the village. But no one seems to be listening to him. This can be compared to the majority of today's society with these villagers. The director may have tried to convey that message.
His character & Hamuduruwo brings much needed messages for this society. It is good that it is the most popular teledrama in the country, which means to say people understand something now.
@ishdeva superb teledrama. Every actor and actress are very talented . When talking about this character, I would like to present my idea shortly like this, sometimes a piece of newspaper weighs more than a book which is a thousand pages.
The last episode was heartbreaking!!
Exactly! it is a major problem in today's society. Fewer people to listen and more people to talk.
S.K Sirisena. Yes, he has a good knowledge of what is happening around us. Deep words.
