Let's have a look guys, today I'm sharing my favourite Fruit Custard Recipe.

let's start

Ingredients :-

1.Milk - 1/2 lt
2.Custard powder - 2tbsp
3.Suger - 5tbsp
4.Banana-2
5.Cashew and Raisin
6.Apple -1
7.Green and black Grapes
8.Cherry

Let's do it.

1.On the gas. place a pan .boil half litre milk.

2.At that time take 1/2 cup of chill milk. add 2 tbsp of custard powder. mix properly

3.Stir the milk constantly. Be careful , Otherwise the milk may get stuck on the pot.now add 5tbsp suger.

4.After boiling milk, add the liquid Custard with the milk..

4.Stir the milk with a spoon constantly. When the milk mixture thickens, turn off the gas.

Now let it cool down properly.

5.Cut the fruits
I used Banana, apple, raisin , cashew, cherry, grapes.

6.After the custard has cooled, add all the fruit. Mix well.

7.Leave the custard in the refrigerator for two hours.
