My Favourite dish - Butter Naan Recipe || 20% benificiary reward for @steemitfoods

Hello my lovely foodie Steemians 😊,How are you all ?So,after a long time I came back once again to share one of my favourite recipe . Let's have a look guys.

Today I'm sharing a Very tasty Recipe - 'Butter Naan Recipe ' .

Ingredients:-

1.Flour - 2cup
2.Curd - 4tbsp
3.Suger - 1tbsp
4.Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
5.Baking Powder - 1 tsp
6.Salt - 1tsp
7.Butter
8.Black cumin seeds

How To Make This Dish

1.Take A bowl. Add flour, suger,curd and then salt .

2.Add baking powder and baking soda and then mix the all ingredients .

3.Gradually Add warm water and with Warm water make a perfect dough .

4.Then spread oil arround the dough and cover the bowl and keep it for 30mins,
Then after 30mins knead the dough and make balls from the dough.

5.Now roll the ball and give the roti a oval shape .

Spread some black cumin seeds on the naan .

6.Now turn around the naan and spread some drops of water.

7.To make a perfect Butter naan you need Tandoor , but I haven't that
So I'm going to share another tecnic with a tawa / or flat pan . But don't use nonstick.

Now the water part ,place on tawa , I mean here the water works like a glue with the tawa.

You can see the bubbles on the top. Now turn the tawa carefully and keep for 2 sec and you can see the beautiful tandoor style result.

8.Now spread butter on the naan and serve with paneer butter Mashala or with any curry.
